Screenings will take place on the 3rd Floor of the 1375 Building. To register, login to your Virgin Pulse portal. Complete the Health Check Survey listed at the top of your homepage or by going to Health—Surveys. You will not be able to register for a screening until the health survey has been completed. Then register for a biometric screening by going to the Benefits tab. Click “View All” to find the Quest tile. Refer to the Healthy You! Wellness Program page for details about the annual health evaluation process and this year’s biometric screening.
