Employees and family members enrolled in the Maritz medical plan through Cigna are automatically eligible for the Telehealth benefits described below. No separate enrollment is necessary.

Telehealth providers offer you on-demand, 24/7/365 access to cost-effective, quality non-urgent care through a national network of licensed, board-certified U.S. based doctors, including pediatricians. Using the services of a Telehealth provider is fast, convenient, and less expensive than an emergency room, urgent care, and in some cases, less than your primary care physician.
Virtual visits are also covered for any Cigna in-network provider who offers those services, in addition to the standard Telehealth offering through MDLive and Cigna Behavioral Health.
For those who choose to receive Telehealth services through MDLive, a consultation charge will be billed to your Cigna medical plan for each Telehealth visit.
Regardless of whether you use MDLive or another Cigna network provider, these Telehealth or virtual consultations will be processed the same as any other physician office visit. The portion of this charge you will be responsible for will vary depending on whether you have satisfied your annual deductible or out-of-pocket maximum for the year.

Step 2: Speak with a coordinator: The coordinator will locate the next available doctor and prepare the patient for consultation.
Step 3: Speak with the doctor: Once an available doctor is located, the system automatically calls and connects the doctor to the patient.

Step 2: Find a doctor: The system helps patient search for a doctor by a specific search criteria or simply finds the next available doctor.
Step 3: See the doctor online: Once an available doctor is located, the system automatically connects the doctor to the patient.
Prescription Services
MDLive doctors may prescribe medication when appropriate and send the prescriptions directly to your pharmacy.
Post-Visit
You will receive email communication with a summary of your consultation and will have the option to send to your consultation history to your personal doctor.
Cigna Behavioral Health
Cigna Behavioral Health provides access to video-based counseling and medication management for issues like anxiety, depression, grief, stress, family and relationship problems, etc.
Cigna Behavioral Health providers are available during normal business hours. They are not available 24/7/365. Consultation charges for their services are billed to your Cigna medical plan at the same negotiated rate they would charge for regular office visits.
