Benefits Enrollment & Changes

You may enroll in benefits during your first 31 days of full-time employment. However, once elections have been submitted, you are unable to make changes even if you are still within your 31-day enrollment window. You may also make changes to current coverage within 31 days of the date you experience a qualified change in status or change coverage during the annual open enrollment period. Open Enrollment is typically held November 1 – 15 each year, and elections made during this period become effective January 1 of the next calendar year.

    That’s why Maritz offers you a Legal Services Plan through ARAG as part of our benefits package.  For one low monthly price that is conveniently payroll deducted, you will receive legal protection that will help reduce the stress that drives at-risk style behaviors, medical costs, and absenteeism.  This legal insurance will allow you to react and respond better to unforeseen personal legal events.

    Cost

    The semi-monthly cost per paycheck is $10.95.

    • Real Estate Matters

    • Services for parents/grandparents, such as document preparation, document review, wills, power of attorney, and other miscellaneous services up to 4 hours per year.

    • Wills and Estate Planning

    Any insured event which occurs prior to the effective date of coverage under this plan will be considered excluded and no benefits will apply.
