The Annual Health Evaluation process for this year’s biometric screening starts today for screenings performed at a participating LabCorp facility or on the Fenton campus, or to file an appeal or request an alternative to the screening (if needed). Log in to your Bravo member portal and select which option you prefer and schedule your appointment. Screenings or reasonable alternatives must be completed between August 1 and October 15.
